How does it work?

Decide whether you want to extend your prescription or talk to your doctor (e.g. to start therapy with a new drug). In the case of psychotropic drugs or strong painkillers, it is necessary to provide data from your IKP or a certificate from your doctor.
Fill out the medical questionnaire
Answer a few questions to help the doctor assess your condition. If you're continuing treatment, attach your previous prescription.
Wait for the doctor's call
At the scheduled time, the doctor will call you to conduct the consultation.
Receive your documentation
Following the doctor’s decision, you’ll receive your prescription and/or medical recommendations via SMS and email – without leaving home.
