  3. Your personal data provided in the registration form and the medical form will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
    • In order to provide medical consultation services (compliance with a legal obligation; the processing is necessary for medical diagnosis and providing health care). The data processed for the above purpose will be stored for the period of 10 years from their collection.
    • In order to perform a services contract (processing necessary for the performance of a contract). The data will be processed for a contract term and a period necessary to pursue claims that may arise from the provision of the services of the Dimedic.eu website.
    • For marketing purposes (legitimate interest of the data controller). The data will be processed until an objection is made.
    • For accounting purposes (compliance with a legal obligation). The data will be deleted within one year of the expiry of the period of mandatory archiving of accounting documents.
    • In order to pursue claims (legitimate interest of the data controller). The data will be stored for a period necessary to pursue a claim. Providing the personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract and the medical consultation. Without them, we cannot render the services of Dimedic.eu.
  4. Anticipated recipients of your personal data are the following categories of entities: 
    General Practitioner, pharmacies, suppliers making Dimedic services possible, i.e. entities providing accounting, legal, courier, payment, and IT services.
  5. You have the right to demand access to your personal data from the Data Controller, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict their processing, and to transmit them. You have the right to object to the processing of your data, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, to correct, transmit, and delete the data, or to restrict the processing of your data, and to object to the processing of your data.
  6. With regard to the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority monitoring the lawfulness of personal data processing.
