How does the teleconsultation work?

Step one You will have to fill the short medical form and pay for your consultation service.
Step one Our doctor will call you within 1 hour (doctors are available from 8 am to 8 pm*).
Step one You'll receive medical recommendations and/or prescription via e-mail and SMS.
Consultations paid after the working hours (8 am - 11 pm) will be handled the next business day.

Consultation with a family doctor in English

Phone consultation with a general practitioner (English) Our phone consultation with a general practitioner in English. So if you're an English-speaking foreigner and you live in Poland – you can get a medical consultation with the General Practitioner (family doctor, in Poland called POZ: lekarzem podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej). Phone consultation with the GP in Dimedc: how it looks? You choose English consultation with the GP; Log in or register in our online clinic. You can add a passport number as your document – you do not need a PESEL number. Fill the form and describe your problem with health concern (e.g. common cold, back pain, unexpected mild allergy symptoms, etc.). You can ask a doctor for the extension of current medication, but you need to attach some documents that confirm you're taking them (e.g. medical documentation scan or photo). Pay for the consultation – you can choose credit card or quick bank transfer. The doctor will call you within 3 hours after the purchase of the consultation service. The phone number used by our doctor is +48 42 641 20 41. You can save that one to be sure that this is our doctor's calling. The phone consultation with the GP will be in English. Our doctors are fluent in English and have vast experience in working with English-speaking patients. We will take care of you. Bear in mind that our phone consultations are performed from 8 am to 8 pm every day (also on non-working days and vacations). If you purchase your consultation after 8 pm, our doctor will contact you the next day. After the consultation the doctor may prescribe you medications, electronic sick leave, or a referral to further examination and diagnosis. You'll find all of these documents in your Patient's Panel. We will notify you when the GP has prepared these documents via SMS and e-mail. What can I consult during a phone consultation with the General Practitioner? Examples include: common cold, flu, angina, sinusitis, etc.; skin problems; any other concerns with health; repeat prescription of current medication (contraception, hypothyroidism, antidepressants, etc.); and many more. More or less – Our GP is your first-contact type of doctor, so you can count on her or his support. What should you not use this service for? Any kinds of emergencies, life threatening conditions e.g. severe anaphylactic reactions (e.g. bee sting); heart attack or stroke symptoms; bone injuries (broken leg, etc.); any other emergency problems that can affect or endanger your life. In these cases, you need to contact emergency services as soon as possible by calling free emergency number 112 or 999.
